Principal Investment

Our Principal Investment division manages investment opportunities that sit outside traditional asset structures. These include minority and strategic equity positions, bridge financing, and short term credit facilities. The division also participates in selected co investment opportunities alongside the firm’s funds and existing investment partners.

Overseen by the Chief Financial Officer and senior members of the finance team, the Principal Investment unit plays a key role in protecting the firm’s long term capital base and expanding investments into new asset classes. Historically, selected principal investments were executed through syndicate arrangements, reflecting our disciplined and collaborative investment approach.

Capital Investment

Our Capital Investment strategy is designed to address sponsor equity requirements through non dilutive financing solutions. We provide structured debt capital to support business growth, transitions, and portfolio optimization, without diluting ownership.

This approach enables sponsors to leverage the net asset value of their funds to secure off market financing for portfolio companies, while also unlocking value from mature funds beyond their initial investment periods.
